Day 1 Delhi
The luxurious Royal Rajasthan on Wheels takes you through a seven day exploration of the vibrant Rajasthan. Your royal journey begins at Delhi and takes you through various erstwhile princely states. Welcome on board at Delhi with the ceremonial greetings at the Safdarjung Station with traditional aarti and tika. After check in, you would be escorted to your respective cabins. Set off to enjoy the moving Palace which empowers luxury and tradition hand in hand.

Day Jodhpur
Jodhpur the second largest city of the state of Rajasthan is famous for its magnificent Meharangarh fort. Another example of Rajput glory is the Jaswant Thada built in 1899.

Day 3 Udaipur
Water marked by whimsy & splendor, Udaipur is one of India’s truly seductive cities. Udaipur is an international destination in itself, packed with princeliness & passion, grand palaces, havelis, gardens & temples at every turn. Post lunch take a trip to the crystal gallery.

Day 3 Chittorgarh (Arrival 04 :45 PM, Departure 10:00 PM)
The story is a saga of valor, tenacity & sacrifice. The fort of Chittorgarh is a treasure trove of history & offers the traveler an insight into the life of the great Rajput rulers. The victory tower or Vijay Stambh is one of the main tourist attractions of the fort. Gaumukh reservoir & the palace of queen Padmini are important spots to the south of the Rana Kumbha palace. Get mesmerized by the sound & light program at the fort.

Day 4 Sawai Madhopur
Located in the eastern part of Rajasthan, Sawai Modhupur’s claim to fame today is the Ranthambore Fort & Ranthambore National Park. Visit the national park to catch a glimpse of the majestic tigers roaming around in the open wilderness & also pay a visit to the imposing fort to turn a page in the history of Rajasthan.

Day 5 Jaipur
A grand welcome by caparisoned elephants & the sweet music of the auspicious “Shehnai” awaits you at Jaipur. Watch the amazing “Hawa Mahal” (the palace of winds), ride the elephant to amber fort, shop for centuries old object de arts & other items. Visit the city palace, residence of the erstwhile maharaja of Jaipur which houses a museum of amazing centuries-old artifacts & the observatory built by the founder of jaipur maharaja Sawai Jai Singh who himself was a noted astronomer.

Day 5 : Khajuraho (Thursday, Arrival 11:00 AM, Departure 06:30 PM)
The 9th to 12th century temples of Khajuraho is the evidences of the architectural geniuses during the times of chandela dynasty. Situated in Madhya Pradesh, Khajuraho oozes with passion, eroticism, dance & music depicted in sculpture & images of the temples.

Day 6 Varanasi (Friday, Arrival 06:00 AM,  Departure 06:00 PM)
Varanasi, the oldest city of the world, is known as the city of temples. In Varanasi, there are temples at every few paces. Jyotirlinga Visvanatha temple or golden temple, rebuilt in 1776, is dedicated to the lord Shiva. The Jnana Vapi well is believed to have been dug by Lord Shiva himself. The Ganga Ghats (river front) are the most popular pilgrimage spot of Varanasi & are centers of music & learning. The holy city has been a symbol of spiritualism, philosophy & mysticism for thousands of years & has produced great saints & personalities like Gautama Buddha, Mahavira, Kabir, Tulsidas, Shankaracharaya, Ramanuja & Patanjali.

Day 7 Agra (Saturday, Arrival 05:00 AM, Departure 11:00 PM)
Agra is one of the prominent destinations on the world tourism map with two heritage monuments – Taj Mahal & Agra Fort. It is a vibrant centre for culture, art & religious philosophies that have enriched mankind & shaped human thought over centuries. Agra is famous for handicrafts products such as inlay work on marble, leather work, footwear, brass work, carpets, jewelry, zari & embroidery work.

Day 8 Delhi (Sunday, Arrival 04:00 AM)

Saloons : The Train has 14 passenger coaches. The 13 coaches have three Deluxe Saloons on each coach and 14th coach has 2 Super Deluxe Saloons. Each deluxe saloon has different color theme based on exquisite jewels like Ruby, Pearl and Sapphire.

Super Deluxe Suites offers a spacious living area with the complete comfort of royal suites. The exquisite silk and velvet bedspreads and draperies take you to an era of royal living. The finely carved wooden furniture adds to your experience. These spacious suites are named after jewels.

These saloons offer luxuries including bedding, upholstery, study table and chair to make your stay comfortable

Each coach is named after the popular monuments in Rajasthan namely Hawa Mahal, Chandra Mahal, Surya Mahal, Moti Mahal, Sukh Mahal, Jal Mahal Padmini Mahal, Kishori Mahal, Phool Mahal, Jogi Mahal, Kumbha Palace, Lalgarh Palace.

The Super Deluxe Coach is called Taj Mahal.

Restaurants : The train has two restaurants namely Swaran Mahal and Sheesh Mahal. These restaurants offer ethnic Rajasthani, Indian, Continental and Chinese Cuisines. The entire restaurant is made of wood and crystal. Amidst aesthetic splendor, feast on your delicious meal with customized hand made cutlery and specially designed crockery.

Bar : Finest wines and international brands of liquor are available at the two restro-lounges.

Spa : After a full day of sight seeing one can have the finest spa services on board. The spa will provide relaxation and wellness solutions on board with personal care products. The spa can offer you various massages and therapies on board.
