Betaab Valley, Pahalgam
Betaab Valley, en route to the Amarnath shrine, is located in Pahalgam an altitude of 2,530 metres above the sea level.

It is situated at a distance of 15 Kms from Pahalgam in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The valley is named after the popular Bollywood movie ‘Betaab‘ (Starring Punjab da puttar Sunny Deol). The initial part of the movie was shot here.

In the past lots of bollywood movies were shot in the valley including Aarzoo, Kashmir Ki Kali, Jab Jab Phool Khile, Kabhie Kabhie, Silsila, Satte Pe Satta and Roti.
