The hotel is located about a kilometer from the main bus stand and therefore, away from all the chaos. It is a large property, with several buildings clustered behind the main one.
The hotel is located northwest of the city center, close to the Bharat Cancer Hospital and on the way to the large Infosys (software company) campus.

The upper floor houses a lovely open-air sitting area, a cozy living room, a small dining area for four and a library with a modest collection of books.
