Photo Post : Diveagar & Srivardhan (Konkan Coast, Maharastra)

Diveagar is a sleepy coastal village about 30 kms from Harihareshwar.
This village shot to fame when workers found a 17th century solid gold Ganapati idol while tilling Draupadi Patil’s land.

Divegar has one of the nicer beaches along the Konkan Coast. While walking on the beach we got to see the local fishermen at work.

    Hi !

The fun of going to Dive-agar is simplicity of people and tasty food. The crab pics mad me hungry.

    Thanks
    Adi
