Shoja Waterfalls

The waterfall is about 2 kms from the Banjara Resort.
Directions: Follow the road towards Jalori Pass and take the trail (opp PWD Rest House) which goes towards it.

Slug – this one had a very ‘leathery body’ (biker slug, huh?!)

Wild Irises

Blue Iris

The waterfall (ahem!) is a 2 feet by 3 feet water source! The cliche ‘the journey matters more than the destination’ holds true yet again The walk though the wild irises is definitely worth the trip to the falls.

Journey is definitely more important. Though the water fall is no Niagara, it is not the one as shown in the photograph. The fall, I suppose, would have been a little ahead. I know because I am from Banjara.
